PJ Party 2019

PJ Party  Last night was our 4th annual PJ Party.  We had a great turn out and all of the ladies had a great time.  Christel, our Saskatchewan Representative was in attendance to teach us about the new Pure Forest Collection.  The ladies started off the evening by winning prizes and answering questions about Eminence.  We watched a video on the amazing results of the new line and took part in a 2 minute meditation to feel the full results of what “forest bathing” can do for you.  The Birch Water Purifying Essence, the Snow Mushroom Moisture Cloud Eye Cream, and the Snow Mushroom & Reishi Masque are the 3 new products to experience.  We had draws and prizes throughout the night.  Thank you to all the ladies who attended this years event!

Breast Health and the Right Bra

Breast Health and the Right Bra BENEFITS OF BREAST SELF-EXAM (BSE)  August 25, 2015 Blog By Norma E. Roth No one knows your body better than you. That’s why it’s so important to become familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel. The more aware you are, the easier it is to identify changes you see or feel in your breasts. A routine breast self-exam (BSE) includes looking at and touching your breasts. BSE is still regarded as a useful and effective tool for checking changes in your breasts. Beginning in their 20’s (or even younger), women can benefit from performing monthly BSEs. The best time to perform a BSE is about three to five days after the start of your period. At this…
