FAQ ABOUT YOUR SPA VISIT TO SUNRISE WELLNESS SPA
Who comes to the spa?
Men, Women and children of all ages.
Should I tip?
Gratuities are appreciated & left to the client’s discretion. Please pay at the front desk.
What do I wear for my service?
Your comfort is our main concern. Please bring an extra pair of undergarments if receiving a wrap and wish to keep them on during the service. Your massage therapist & esthetician always discreetly drape you during treatments.
Oops, I’m late! – What now?
Arriving late will reduce the effectiveness of your treatment as it will limit your time with us, as your treatment may need to be adjusted and/or cancelled and rescheduled.
How early should I come?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This ensures time to relax before your service and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of water.
First time clients need time to complete a consultation form which will help us serve you better.
Can I bring my cell phone?
Our Spa environment is one of escape & relaxation. Please turn off your cell phone during your service and enjoy the getaway.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We massage all children including infants.
Treatment can be very beneficial for a newborn who was carried breach or those who endured a difficult delivery.
Can I bring my child/children to my appointment?
Please remember this is a time for you to relax for the service you have come for. We encourage finding suitable child care. A child in a car seat is acceptable.
I need to relax, may I stay longer?
Please do! Relax in our solarium either before or after your service. We have a lending library with a wide selection of books for you to enjoy. Take time to enjoy our seated hammock or spend 15 minutes before you rush back into the world. Reflect on your day, your week or your month.
